Upon completion of our residency program, graduates pursue fellowship training, accept academic teaching appointments in ambulatory or hospital pediatrics, and take positions in community primary care practices.  About half of our graduates join primary care practices, usually with teaching affiliations, and half pursue fellowships and full-time academic opportunities.

During the past two years, our residents have been accepted to fellowships at Denver, San Diego, Stanford, Sloan-Kettering, DC Children's, Cincinnatti, Boston University, Boston Children's, Brown, MGH, Tufts, UMass, Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and Mount Sinai.  These have included fellowship in allergy/immunology, critical care, cardiology, developmental & behavioral pediatrics, neonatology, genetics, infectious disease, hematology/oncology, endocrinology, pulmonary, child development, and general pediatrics.
