Student Research/Service Opportunities
Medical Student Summer Research Program
The goals of this program are to develop UMMS SOM students' skills in research, and to cultivate students' interest in the inclusion of research in their careers as physicians. Faculty mentors provide projects on which SOM students work for pay during an eight-week period in the summer before or after their first year.
