New Faculty Orientation
The purpose of the new faculty orientation is to provide new faculty at all levels with an overview of the institution and to assist them in beginning a successful career at teh University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS). The orientation will cover a core set of information that is essential for all faculty, as well as information tailored to specific needs for academic advancement and professional development. - a guide to promotion and tenure
- the annual performance review
- opportunities for professional development
