Getting Started in Education
All faculty are expected to engage in the education of graduate, medical or nursing students, postdoctoral trainees, or clinical residents and fellows. Educational responsibilities can include classroom instruction, facilitating small group learning, mentoring trainees in the lab, or education in the clinics and wards. E*Value (*NEW*)
E*Value is the UMMS online system to assess and track performance of students and faculty. Currently, two separate E*Value systems are in use:
- Residency Education: to learn about use of E*Value in residency programs go to the GME E*Value site.
