The Find a Mentor Workshops are designed to help individual faculty identify a mentor and establish a mentoring relationship.
Workshop Objectives: On completing this workshop, faculty will have
- reviewed their needs for mentoring
- defined the characteristics (expertise, preferences) of their desired mentor
- identified the name(s) of appropriate mentors or developed a plan to identify a mentor
- resources for contacting potential mentor(s) and establishing the mentoring relationship
To register for a Mentoring Workshop, please click on your desired date and time below to go to our registration site. Each workshop will be limited to 20 participants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Preparation for the Workshop
Registrants for the workshops will be asked to complete Step 1 (Define Your Needs) on the Find a Mentor website to identify their needs for mentoring and submit either a Mentoring Checklist or a Functional Mentoring Worksheet with their curriculum vitae to the Office of Faculty Affairs 1 week before the workshop.
