Consulting and Customized Solutions

OCP provides consulting and customized solutions in design, implementation and support for a variety of community-based programs. Drawing upon our experience working with both communities and community organizations, and with the public health and clinical expertise of the University of Massachusetts Medical School, we develop workable programs to meet a client's particular needs.

Our comprehensive program development process addresses the full range of complex factors related to the planning, organizing, financing and managing of public health programs. Further, as an integral part of our experience managing health services projects OCP has developed project management expertise for a range of public sector organizations. Our staff works with clients to administer all aspects of project management from research, assessment, project development, implementation, and project monitoring.

This expertise has proved to be of considerable value to our clients who are mandated to provide services and assistance for vulnerable state residents, while adhering to state guidelines and budget allocations.
