Health Networks 

Health Community Access Project

OCP has developed a funding initiative to enable community health centers that recently lost Federal funding for Healthy Community Access Projects to continue operations while they develop longer-term sustainability plans.

Other Initiatives

Office of Community Programs (OCP) provides support to health networks to support their continued development and expansion. The networks implement shared projects to improve the availability of health care and related services to residents of rural communities.
