Mock Balsamic Vinegar
- ¾ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a rolling boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow the sauce to cool.
- Store in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
