The School of Medicine is looking for members of the UMass Medical School–UMass Memorial community who are interested in becoming raters for the newly implemented multiple mini interview (MMI) method of interviewing applicants. Applicants review a series of scenarios and participate in several short interviews with trained raters who evaluate the applicant’s communication skills.
Faculty, residents, administrators and medical students with interviewing experience are encouraged to participate. Training is provided. Interested members of the community can learn more by signing up online to attend an information session.
