The Department of Neurobiology will celebrate its 10th anniversary with a keynote lecture by Walter Gehring, PhD, director of the Biozentrum Cell Biology Laboratory at the University of Basel in Switzerland. Dr. Gehring will give a lecture entitled, “The Evolution of Eyes and Photoreceptors” on Friday, Oct. 5, at 2 p.m. in Amphitheater 1 of the Medical School building. A reception will follow in lobby.
