The Greater Worcester Farmers Market returns to UMMS for a seventh season beginning on June 19.

In case you missed out on the first-ever Greater Worcester Winter Farmers Market, you don’t have long to wait before the popular summer market returns to the UMass Medical School Worcester campus. Beginning on Tuesday, June 19, and continuing through Tuesday, Oct. 30, the Greater Worcester Farmers Market will be on campus every Tuesday—rain or  shine—from 12:30 to 5 p.m. on the plaza in front of the Medical School building entrance.

Sponsored by UMMS and UMass Memorial, the market returns for a seventh summer. According to Andy O’Keefe, who has been managing the Greater Worcester Farmers Market for more than 20 years, most of the usual favorites will be back and there will be some new faces as well. Town Farm Gardens will be joining the market this year, selling jams, jellies, pickles and other preserved goods.
