The Office of Communications has produced a series of videos to illuminate aspects of the design process for the Albert Sherman Center. The third installment of the series focuses on the architect’s use of a Building Information Modeling system, known as BIM, which is a new three-dimensional digital tool for coordinating design and construction.
This video features Charles Hibbard of ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge and John Baker, associate vice chancellor for facilities management, discussing the importance and utility of BIM.
