T&G: Healthy cooking classes help educate doctors

Barbara C. Olendzki, RD, MPH, LDN, assistant professor of medicine and nutrition program director of the Center for Applied Nutrition, talked to the Worcester Telegram & Gazette about the new healthy cooking program for cardiologists, medical students and doctors from other specialties. Jennifer Fournier, RD, LDN, who teaches the classes, was also interviewed, along with Lynne Li, MD, clinical associate professor of medicine, and James Chesebro, MD, professor of medicine, who have both taken the classes.
