• Notification: Important changes to access Clinical Follow-Me-Desktop (FMD) coming – Immediate action required

    Computers used to access the clinical FMD environment will be required to have a new software product called VMWare View installed in order to access the environment after March 29, 2017. 

     

    For University Owned Computers - On March 11, 2017, the Medical School IT department is deploying the required software to most university owned computers that need this software.  If your university owned computer does not receive this software, you may visit the IT SoftStore after March 17 to request an automatic installation of the software title “FMD Client”.

What is Conversion Optimization?

Conversion optimization is the process of employing UX/UI tactics to improve your website or specific landing page’s capacity to convert online visitors into qualified leads or customers.

The act of “converting” may not always be related to a purchase. On the opposite - in many cases a “conversion” can be an email sign-up, creation of an account, visiting of a specific webpage, download of a file or completion of a survey.

Whatever the ultimate goal of your website is, a conversion is the successful completion of that action. Thus, the process of conversion optimization is simply the process of improving your website so as to improve the likelihood that your website’s visitors will complete that specific action.

  • A/B and multivariate testing
  • Online surveys and user feedback

We will identify your website’s conversion barriers and design experiments to solve them using different planning frameworks and tools.  At the design stage, we will make sure that the different experiment variations complement your existing visual style and result in improved user experience. At the testing stage, we will test our hypotheses utilizing A/B, A/B/C and multivariate testing and analyze which hypothesis results in the highest conversion rate.
