Laptop Loaner Program

Incoming Years 2013, 2014 (BYOD)

For 2013 incoming students who are bringing their own laptop, Information Services is purchasing an additional 10% of Dells only. These laptops are configured with the links and software needed to access all curricula and can be borrowed for up to seven days. Please complete the following form in order to borrow a Dell laptop while you have your laptop serviced:SoM 2013 Laptop Loaner Form

Incoming Years 2010, 2011, 2012

Information Services purchases additional laptops to be placed in the Laptop Loaner Pool. The number of computers in the loaner pool is dependent on how many computers are purchased for the incoming class. For 2010, 2011 and 2012, Information Services added an additional 10% to the Mac order and 10% to the Dell order each year. 

If you are having technical problems with your laptop, bring it to the HelpDesk. If the issue cannot be resolved immediately you will be given a loaner laptop to use while your computer is being serviced. This guarantees that you will have uninterrupted and continuous access to your online courses.
