Research

Projects within the IDDRC generally address one or more of NICHD's five focus areas identified in need of research in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). In addition five themes for research have emerged over the years from the scientific program at our IDDRC.

Theme 1: Fundamental biological processes atypical and typical nervous system development
