Work-Life Program at UMass Medical School

paper

The Work-Life program has been created to provide our  diverse community with an environment that is supportive of, and sensitive to, the healthy integration of work and  personal life.  By improving the quality of life for faculty,  staff, students and their families, the Work-Life program  contributes to the recruitment and retention of the best employees, thereby helping the Medical School to fulfill its overall mission.

We welcome your ideas and suggestions about the Work-Life program.  Please send your comments to Work-Life@Umassmed.edu.
