D r. Smith is currently the director of the pharmacy practice residency and a clincal pharmacy speciaist in critical care at UMass Memorial
Medical Center (UMMMC) where he practices in the surgical intensive
care unit. Dr. Smith is an adjunct assistant professor of pharmacy
practice at Massachussetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
Dr. Smith is the chair of the pharmacy continuing education committee
and serves as a member of the critical care operations committee, nutrition
advisory committee, and on the medication management team at UMMMC
