Additional training in Gastroenterology

This Fourth Year (non-accreditted) Fellowship  is an advanced track in endoscopy.  During that year, applicant will learn therapeutic EUS (including tissue acquisition, cyst ablation, and pseudocyst drainage) and therapeutic ERCP.  He/She will also be exposed to GI Cancer patients and learn the various palliative modalities.

Fellow will be expected to complete a research protocol during that year and present his/her work at one of the national society meeting.
