Meet Our Barre Residents!



    Jessica Bossie, MD, graduated in 2014 from Boston University School of Medicine. An Oregon native, Jessica earned her degree in Biology from Oregon State University in 2008. She speaks fluent Spanish and has been named a National Health Service Corp Scholar. Jessica also enjoys cooking and gardening.
    Pamela Sansoucy, MD, is a 2014 graduate of University of Toledo College of Medicine and earned her degree in Biology from Lafayette College in 2008. She was the Treasurer of the Sports Medicine Club and previously worked at Athena Diagnostics in Worcester. Pamela enjoys traveling, sports and literature.
    Nora Lamartine, MD, is a 2014 graduate of Ross University and a 2010 graduate of Adams State University in Colorado where she majored in Chemistry. A New Mexico native, Nora was active in her school's chapter of Physicians for Human Rights. Her interests include palliative care and research. Nora also enjoys performing arts and hiking.

Ivonne McLean, MD, graduated in 2014 from St. Georges University. She earned her BA in Anthropology from Rice University in 2000. Ivonne worked as a university health center educator prior to medical school. A native of Colombia, Ivonne is also interested in academic and clinical research. She enjoys SCUBA diving and dancing.


Amber Hewitt, MA is our first-year Behavioral Health fellow after completing her PsyD at the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois. She recently completed her pre-doctoral internship at Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Michigan. Amber has extensive training in clinical health psychology, including biofeedback, as well as an academic concentration in Primary Care Psychology.

Barre Family Health Center will be her primary health center location but she will be spending plenty of time in Worcester on FMIS and supporting residency training at Family Health Center of Worcester.




Joanne Dannenhoffer, MD is a 2013 graduate of Albany Medical College and earned her BS in Biology at Union College, where she also completed her MS in Health Care Administration in 2009. Joanne has served as the Student Advisor to the FMEC Board. Her interests include teaching and motivational interviewing.


Julia Fleet, DO, graduated in 2013 from the University of New England College of Medicine and graduated from Boston University in 2002 with her BA in History. Prior to medical school, Julia conducted prostate cancer research at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She was active in student government at UNECOM.


Jennifer Luo, DO is a 2013 graduate from University of Medicine & Dentistry of the New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her BA in Cell Biology and Neuroscience at Rutgers University in 2008. In medical school, Jennifer was President of UMDNJ's chapter of the Student Osteopathic Medical Association (SOMA) and also served as Treasurer on SOMA's National Board of Trustees.


Kimberly Sikule, MD graduated in 2013 from Ross University. She earned her undergraduate degree from St. Lawrence University in 2008 with a degree in Biology. A native of Westerlo, NY (outside Albany) Kimberly is a former All-American scholar athlete who helped lead her golf and basketball teams to NCAA tournaments. At Ross she was a member of the Student Council and focused on recycling initiatives in Dominica. Kimberly is interested in preventive medicine and enjoys traveling and hiking. Kimberly is also a member of our residency's Global Health Track.

  Christopher Woo, MD, completed his PGY-1 year at the Transitional Year Residency Program at Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in Bronx, NY. A Canadian native, he is a 2013 graduate of St. George's University who earned his BASc in Electrical Engineering from University of Toronto in 2006. Chris was the president of the Asian and Pacific Islander Student Association in medical school and is interested in preventive medicine. In his spare time, he enjoys playing badminton and rock climbing.   



Judy Hsu, DO, graduated in 2012 from Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri and graduated from Emory University in 2007 with a major in Neuroscience. Judy is a native of Taiwan and has lived all over the country, having also attended high school in the Boston area. Judy is interested in preventive medicine and her extracurricular interests include running and photography.


Vaishali Patel, MD is a 2012 graduate of St. George's University who earned her BS in Chemistry from Boston University in 2005 and her MA in Medical Sciences from Boston University in 2007. Vaishali is a Canadian native and her interests include preventive medicine. She enjoys yoga and playing the piano.


Noah Rosenberg, MD, Chief Resident, is a 2012 graduate of UMass Medical School. Also a 2008 graduate of Pomona College, Noah majored in Molecular Biology. In additon to his interests in the underserved and in women's health, Noah writes of his desire to pursue a business degree following residency. His outside interests include running and creative writing and he is a member of our Global Health Track.
