Epidemiology Core: 9 credits

- PH 691 Practical Data Management and Statistical Computation
Epidemiology Electives: 9-12 credits from the following:
- PH 635 Psychosocial Epidemiology
- PH 633 Communicable Disease Epidemiology
- PH 624 Research Methods in Public Health
- PH 631 Epidemiologic Investigation
- PH 690 Designing Surveys in Public Health Research

Non-epidemiology Elective: 3-6 credits chosen from Health Policy and Management courses or on-line courses
Practicum Experience** : 3 credits Students receiving a waiver of the practicum experience are required to complete an additional 3 credit elective in epidemiology or health policy and management.
Culminating Experience: 3 credits for the MPH project
* Independent study may be arranged for a maximum of 6 credits of epidemiology electives
