What's New in Dermatology

Dr. Lauren Alberta-Wszolek is joining the UMass Memorial Health Care Dermatology faculty after graduation and will also be in charge of the resident dermatology clinic at the VA in Worcester.

Dr. David Geist has been named the Ambulatory Physician Leader for the general dermatology clinics for 2009-2010.

The Dermatology residency program will expand to eight residents on July 1st 2009 and again to the full complement of nine residents on July 1st 2010.

In an effort to broaden resident education and patient care, the UMass Dermatology clinic will be initiating a cosmetic clinic starting in July of 2009.

The second floor of Hahnemann campus is now home to the pediatric dermatology and laser clinics.
