Crohn's patients interested in dietary treatment

We are currently conducting a nutrition research study investigating how dietary change can influence patients' microbiomes, cause pattern changes in urine samples, and impact symptoms. We are looking for patients with Crohn's Disease who are interested in joining either a 2 month dietary intervention or serving in the observation group. We offer free nutrition counseling & cooking classes for those interested in changing their diet. Cooking classes for non-study participants are also available for $20 per class. Dietary change, however, is not for everyone & some may choose to be in the observation group. Both groups will fill out questionnaires & provide a urine sample at the beginning and end of the study.
