Mindfulness Tools, a 5-Day Residential Intensive Program

Mindfulness Tools, a 5-Day Residential Intensive ProgramTM is based on the 8-week Stress Reduction Program, and is offered for those who may not be able to participate in the traditional 8-week course.
The program is highly participatory, supportive, and structured. You will learn and practice through:
- guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
- gentle stretching and mindful yoga
- group dialogue and mindful communication exercises to enhance awareness in everyday life
- individually tailored instruction
The program consists of 5 days (38.5 hours) of direct instruction. It is strongly recommended that you take it as a residential course, so that you may fully immerse yourself in this program. It is offered several times each year in different locations. Locations have included California, Massachusetts and upstate New York.

How do I get started?
For international programs, please contact the host group directly, as noted above.
For U.S. programs hosted by the CFM, all program participants are required to pre-register by calling 508-856-2656.
After pre-registration for U.S. programs, you will be sent a package in the mail which will include:
• a letter with detailed information about the course;
• a questionnaire for you to fill out;
• registration materials; and
• a stamped envelope addressed to the Center for Mindfulness, which you can use to mail back the questionnaire and registration materials.
After we have received your questionnaire and registration materials, someone from the Center will contact you to discuss any additional questions and to confirm your enrollment.
