This five-day intensive training program in MBSR is based on the 8-week Stress Reduction Program
, founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn
in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Highly respected within the medical community, the program supports health enhancement and wellness focused on prevention and learning the "how" of taking good care of yourself as well as feeling a greater sense of balance.
