An 8-week MBSR training for people who identify as LGBTQ+. Learn and practice mindfulness to support emotional healing, clarity of mind and freedom of expression, and to better manage stress around issues of identity and belonging.

SR-202Mindfulness Tools, 5-Day Residential MBSR program
Mindfulness Tools, a 5-Day Residential Intensive Program™ is based on the 8-week MBSR Program, for those who may not be able to participate in the traditional 8-week course. Offered throughout the year at locations around the world.

SR-203MBSR Self-Paced Video program via Sounds True
Developed in partnership with Sounds True, provides the 8-week MBSR course as a self-paced video course. The program is authored by Florence Meleo-Meyer, Director of the Oasis Institute Train-the-Trainer Program, and Saki Santorelli, Executive Director of the CFM.
