A Mindful Way Through Depression MBCT: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy

MBCT is an established program for people with recurrent depression, combining the practice and clinical application of the 8-week mindfulness meditation training with the tools of cognitive therapy. It is clinically proven for reducing symptoms and preventing future episodes of depression.
