A Joint Endeavor
The Meyers Primary Care Institute (MPCI) is a joint endeavor of the University of Massachusetts Medical School (UMMS), Reliant Medical Group, and Fallon Community Health Plan (FCHP).

Reliant Medical Group is a nationally recognized leader in the provision of high quality primary and specialty health care. The group has had a long standing commitment to medical education and research, serving as a site for training of medical students and residents in the ambulatory care setting and as the location of large population-based studies that have the potential to make an important impact on the health care of our region and nation.
FCHP is a nationally recognized not-for-profit health care services organization and the only health plan that is both an insurer and provider of care in Massachusetts.
