For common concerns and questions encountered when culturing pluripotent stem cells, please see our FAQs page. For questions outside the scope of the FAQs, the Massachusetts Human Stem Cell Bank (MHSCB) provides online customer support for researchers who have acquired cells or participated in the Technical Training course. The form below is provided to our customers for issues that are not addressed in these resources.
The MHSCB strives to answer all technical support questions within 24 hours. For urgent support issues, please call our technical training and support team at: 508-856-7555 (available Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM EST).
Please note that our technical support is only provided to customers of the MHSCB. These include recipients of cell lines from the MHSCB or individuals that have taken one of our Technical Training courses.
