REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Advanced Trauma Life Support classes are non-refundable when you cancel 2 weeks prior to the course date or when course materials have already been mailed out to the registrant. However, you may transfer to another class, if arrangements are made 10 days prior to the original class date. Classes must be paid in full in order to receive a certification card and continuing education credit(s). A certification card will be distributed upon the signature of the state chair to your home addresses when you have successfully completed the course and have paid for the course in full.

Location of Courses: Albert Sherman Center (3rd Floor -ICELS) 55 Lake Ave, Worcester MA


Courses will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

PROVIDER COURSES: Cost $800

  • September 24-25, 2012
  • December 3-4, 2012
  • March 4-5, 2013

Retrain Courses will be held from 1:00-6:00 p.m.

RETRAINING COURSES: Cost $400 1:00-6:00pm
Prerequisite: Must send a copy of current ATLS registration card with registration form

NON-PHYSICIAN AUDITOR (EMT-Ps & RN's): Cost $125

  • ATLS Materials will be mailed 30 days before the course date for which you are registered.
  • When registering with us please make sure that your home mailing address is provided in order to ensure prompt delivery of your course materials.
  • You must provide complete payment information, or if your department will be providing payment, a cost account or speed type number, in order to reserve your spot for the course.
