Kimberly received her DNP in Nursing Leadership from Regis College, Westin MA. Prior to this, she received her M.S.N in nursing Administration and Business Management from Regis College and her Post-Masters Certificate in Nursing Education from Wright State University, Dayton OH.
Dr. Kimberly Silver received her DNP in Nursing from Regis College, Westin, MA. Prior to this, she received her MSN from Regis College in Nursing Administration and Business Management and her Post-Masters Certificate in Nursing Education from Wright State University, Dayton OH.. She is an Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of Massachusetts Worcester teaching in the Graduate Entry Pathway Program. Kimberly’s Dissertation Research focused on “Empowerment Among Nursing Faculty” and her DNP capstone project focused on Nursing Education, orientation, and Mentorship of novice faculty. Her current area of interest focuses on orientation and mentorship of novice clinical nursing faculty.
