Unwanted Add-ins

When you download from a company's website, you may wish to unclick the option(s) to install other add-ins such as additional browsers The default is that they are checked as in the example below. When you download Flash, it will automatically install the Google Chrome browser unless you uncheck the box:

Helpful Hints

  • Run operating system updates at least once a week
  • Allow your system to shut down completely
