Steering Committee
The Steering Committee comprised of co-directors and campus representatives serves as the internal advising body, to provide vision and direction for Center programs, and advise the Director of the UMCCTS. The Steering Committee provides a forum for the Co-Directors to report on progress for each of the Center programs or components.
Scientific Review Committee
The Scientific Review Committee (SRC) is responsible for the entire review process of the pilot programs with the exception of the Life Sciences Moment Fund (LSMF) for which the Steering Committee serves as the review group.
Dr. Nate Hafer is the Chair of the SRC and sessions of the UMCCTS Steering Committee during its review activities for LSMF applications.
External Advisory Committee
The External Advisory Committee (EAC) conducts an annual review of UMCCTS plans and programs and advises the Senior Vice President for Health Sciences and the UMCCTS leadership on the strategic direction for the Center.
Operations Committee
The Operations Committee meets twice each month to update UMCCTS leaders of ongoing activities and to solicit feedback on the day-to-day operations of the Center.
