Policies, Guidance & Forms

This section serves as an online library of policies, guidelines and forms that facilitate and support sponsored activities at UMass Chan. Policies and guidelines apply to all financial, administrative, and research administration staff, as well as faculty.

Types of Documents

• Policy documents are issued by the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School and outline official University policies related to research.
• Guidelines documents describe procedures and provide guidelines for complying with University requirements related to research.
• Forms are documents that researchers need to complete and submit as part of activities related to the conduct of University research.
